We want you to love your Emotii Friends collectibles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Because Emotii Friends products are collectible blind‑box items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate pulls, or personal preference.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is proven to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund it.
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection.
Pre‑Orders
Pre‑orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order is considered final.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
